My wife and I are very happy with our purchase. The car has met all of our expectations. The features of the 2013 Toyota Avalon make it the only car we want to own.
This is our first hybrid car; mileage has been exceptional. At times it is hard to believe the car is running! My wife says the new car drives like a dream car. Thank you Toyota!

He goes out of his way to answer our questions, show us the features of the car, and take care of any concerns we may have. I cannot say in words what a wonderful experience my salesman Tom Price made for me. Tom went out of his way to make sure I purchased the vehicle I really wanted, which entailed many test drives. I'm sure he could have been with other customer, but he never made me feel rushed and answered all my questions.
Just have to say, I have purchased many vehicles and this was most pleasant experience I have ever had.
I visited the dealership with a small interest in buying a new truck. After reviewing multiple vehicles and options, I finally decided to make a move, however, the truck I wanted was sold! Not a problem for these guys, they looked and found the same truck and had it to me with all my additional add ons within a week! Everyone at the dealership were friendly and helpful.
I was very satisfied with my buying experience at Larry H. Miller Toyota Spokane. I feel this started with Nick, the Sales Associate helping me with a very reasonable trade-in offer, which did determined my decision on buying from LHM. The vehicle selection was made with ease, with Nick working with me on the sale. No back and forth BS. Made an appointment with the service department to have the vehicle checked for an odor that was coming through the air vents. First off the call was answered very efficient and pleasant, call was then forwarded to Luke in service. When I drove into the service department I was met with courtesy and lots of smiles. Luke told me he wanted to take a drive with me, but as soon as he got into the car, he immediately said that the odor was a big problem, it would give a driver a headache and it was very unpleasant. I only waited about 15 minutes or so, he returned with a remnant of the source of the odor. The car had been driven over some kind of rug or something and stuck and melted on the exhaust system. He said they were able to get 90% of it out away from the exhaust. He advised me to drive it a few miles to see if all the odor would go away. So I will, if the problem still exist I take it bring the car back in. This is a 'certified' car and hopefully the entire problem will be resolved by your service department. Over all this being my first experience with Toyota (just traded Honda Pilot) I am very pleased and would recommend Larry H. Miller auto. When the odor disappears I will give another rating of 5 stars.
