Tom from sales was awesome. Although it was disappointing that it took two weeks to get my repairs done and I still have to come back because two out of the six items to be fixed were never even addressed. The borrowed car was an awesome thing since I was without a car until mine was fixed, although the tank was on empty upon receiving it. I drove off the lot and within less than a mile the gas light was on. I receive my car finally and the gas light was on prior to even leaving the lot. I feel that you should at least be aware of how much fuel is left and make sure there is at least a quarter of a tank of gas in the cars. Tom feels really bad about the repairs not being completed and will be further working with me to get these items repaired. I appreciate his concern and follow through. My financial Toyota rep. that had me sign everything was also awesome. I don't remember his name but he worked with me and was able to work through my financial concerns. He went above and beyond calling the bank to see if the first payment could be pushed out a little further since I had just moved here and still was dealing with moving expenses and paying on two house leases for the next couple of months. He was approachable, professional, willing, and friendly just like Tom too. Both gentleman were very knowledgable within there job titles and expressed the importance of Larry H. Millers commitment to great customer service and satisfaction. Both employees demonstrated this which made the whole buying experience enjoyable despite the length of time and lack of completion of the repair job which would come from the service shop.
