I was completely satisfied with the recent car buy/lease process at Larry H Miller Toyota. Jon Nelson was Great. Kevin Smith went out if his way to make sure this was the best experience possible. Robert on finance was Great also. After it was all done we came to pick our new Camry up and Jon Nelson did Great to show my Wife all the cool features of the car. Everybody around the building thanked me and made sure I was being taken care of. Jon Nelson was showing my wife all of the options and I went to look for a vending machine to get a cold drink. I was asked if I needed help from a lot technician who escorted me to the vending machine. I was about to put my money in the machine and he stopped me and said he would e right back. He came back with a ice cold bottle of water for me. What a Great experience our family had there. Scott Brewer the GM thanked us and told us if we needing anything to call him. Than as my wife pulled off In our new car and I was about to leave and the other Sales Manager Shorty and Salesman Jon Nelson came out and thanked me one more time. I am a tough critic and I must say I was "Wowed" by Larry Miller Toyota. I will definitely be sending friends and family there for any car buying needs. Thanks So much. I am a customer for Life!
